Uzun Hidrolik has a wide quality control procedure. Processes are monitored according to FMEA methodology and continuous improvement targets are determined and applied according to 8D problem solving and defective product detection methodology.
All cylinder parts and manifolds are mechanically deburred, cleaned according to standards and, after manufacturing, checked for dimensions using appropriate measuring instruments and gauges.
100% test is always carried out for all production processes.
On request, destructive or non-destructive tests can be applied before/after machining. This can be confirmed and documented with test certificates by accredited testing institute.

If welding is a case, WPS and WPQR can be achieved
at external company. All welders are certified according to EN ISO 9606-1.
After the test and painting, the cylinders are packed in the wooden box according to sea or normal transport.
